Payment & Refund Policy
1. Payment Policy:

Payment for the Moneywise workshop must be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled session

Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in automatic cancellation of the registration

Seed reserves the right to decline participation if payment is not received within the specified period

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation by Participants:

If you wish to cancel your registration, you must inform at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop fto be eligible for a full refund​

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop will not be eligible for a refund. However, we may offer the option to reschedule for another available session.

Cancellation by Seed:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g technical issues, instructor unavailability, school unavailability), participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future session

No-Show Policy:

​If a registered participant fails to attend the workshop without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided ​

​3. Digital Products (Quizzes, E-books, and Learning Materials)

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases of quizzes, e-books, and other downloadable materials are non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

If you are unable to attend a workshop due to medical or personal emergencies, we may consider rescheduling your session for a future date instead of issuing a refund, as long as prior intimation is provided directly or through the school

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method as the payment process is managed through RazorPay

Any transaction fees incurred during payment processing (e.g., credit card process fees) may be deducted from the refunded amount

6. Payment Security

All payments are securely processed through Wix.com + RazorPay payment gateway, which complies with PCI-DSS standards for safe handling of credit card transactions

We do not store or have access to your payment details

7. Changes to the Refund Policy:

Seed reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy
